5058RP ALERT2 HDR Repeater
When field sites can't reach your base station directly, a repeater on high ground receives their reports and retransmits them onward. The 5058RP is an intelligent ALERT2 HDR repeater: before it repeats a packet it verifies FEC, checks the source against a programmable repeat range, confirms the packet hasn't already been repeated, and honors the hop limit. Because a good repeater site is often a good monitoring site, it also carries the full 50388 sensor and communications platform — up to 14 analog inputs, counters, digital I/O and SDI-12, plus cellular, Iridium, WiFi and 900 MHz pathways.

Add the ALERT1 receive option 50388-OP1 to relay legacy ALERT traffic alongside ALERT2 HDR. ALERT2 technology is licensed by Blue Water Design LLC.
