Licensed software, firmware and configuration tools for HydroLynx systems are available to current customers in a secure download area. Sign in with the credentials we issued you to access the latest releases.
What's in the download area
The exact catalog depends on the systems you operate. Typical contents include:
Configuration software
Toolbox 5073TBX for setting up 50386 / 50388 transmitters — thresholds, schedules, sensor scaling and IDs.
Firmware & updates
Current firmware images and field-upgrade packages, including ALERT2 upgrades 5096/A2.
Base-station software
Installers and updates for data-collection and flood-monitoring software, plus release notes.
Manuals & utilities
User guides, quick-start references and helper utilities for your equipment.

How access works
The download area is protected. Access is issued to current HydroLynx customers — we create your account, so there's no public sign-up.

- Use the Sign in button. Your browser will prompt for the username and password we issued. Once signed in, you'll see the download library.
Need an account?
- Email sales@hydrolynx.com or call 1-916-374-1800 with your organization and the systems you operate. We'll verify your account and issue credentials.
Forgot your password?
- Contact us and we'll reset it. For security we issue a new password rather than recovering the old one.
