How to order
Pricing is by quote, because nearly every order has site-specific items — radio, frequency, transducer range, and options. Here is how the process works, plus our terms, shipping, returns, and warranty.
Three ways to start an order
1. Build a spec
Use the Product Selector to generate a complete equipment worksheet, or simply describe your project.
3. Get a quote
We confirm the configuration and return pricing and lead times. Place your order against the quote.
Pricing & terms
- Prices do not include freight, insurance, installation, installation assistance, or any federal, state, or local taxes.
- Applicable taxes are added as a separate line on the invoice unless a valid exemption, resale certificate, or direct-payment permit is provided to HydroLynx prior to shipment.
- Certification and/or inspection specifications beyond HydroLynx's usual quality-control procedures may be subject to an additional charge.
- Export shipments requiring special packaging may incur an extra packing charge.
Discounts
- Discounts are considered case by case, at the sole discretion of HydroLynx.
- Quantity discounts apply to the number of units on a single purchase order.
- Blanket orders for a specified number of units may qualify — ask when you request a quote.
One-year limited warranty
HydroLynx Systems warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of shipment from the factory.
What we'll do
- At HydroLynx's option, we will repair or replace any product determined to be defective. In no case does liability exceed the product's original purchase price.
What's not covered
- Equipment repaired or altered by anyone other than HydroLynx, or subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
This warranty is given in lieu of all warranties of fitness and in lieu of the warranty of merchantability.
